This morning I have been totally cracking up on Catherynne Valente’s description of the city of Augusta on: http://blog.catherynnemvalente.com/ – I most enjoyed the comparison of Barnes and Noble’s cafes to anal sex…. fantastic.

Yeah I think that attempt was a bit too transparent. According to my stats page, it rose up to only fourth place – trailing behind my most popular posts on Mango Worms, Vampire Babies and the Stonekeep game.
I should have probably inserted the word celebrity in there, as in “celebrity anal sex … barnes and noble” … but it really makes less sense.
It was actually a really funny quote, but I can’t find it now. Apparently her blog doesn’t have archives, and I can’t remember how it went … It was a good analogy though.

so mango worms were a big draw? i’m going to have to write about them some more.
well, like i said, i got the most hits when i talked about how tabloids were always talking about how jessica simpson was fat, but really they were just showing photos of her wearing bad pants. maybe you just need to reference jessica simpson in every post? or start indiscriminately calling celebrities fat.
